If you arrive outside office hours, our taxi driver will be waiting for you at the airport with your rental car. Drive to your holiday accommodation, get some rest and we will see you the following day at the office to fill in the paperwork.

Above all, don’t worry! Our taxi driver will wait until your plane has landed, regardless of how long your flight is delayed. Our pick-up and drop-off service will still be free.

The taxi driver will be waiting at the arrival gate carrying a sign with your name on it. He will help you with your luggage and take you to the AB Car Rental office free of charge.

Yes, you can. Our taxi driver will pick you up from any location you choose, such as your holiday accommodation. He will take you to the AB Car Rental office and you will be able to drive off in your comfortable rental car in less than five minutes. Please note that our rental cars are usually fully booked in the high season. If you want to make sure you can get one, book on time.

After dropping off your rental car at the AB Car Rental office, we will take you back to the airport or your holiday accommodation free of charge.
During the current pandemic we have a temporary covid-protocol in place where we minimize contact. Therefore we do not take you back in one car together with you. Read everything about our temporary covid measures in this Blog.

Our office is only a two-minute drive from the airport. We offer a free shuttle between the airport and the nearby AB Car Rental office.

Yes, of course. This is possible with the AB Full Coverage Plan. With the AB Full Coverage Plan, you insure your rental car all-inclusive for everything from damage to theft. And by everything we literally mean everything without any hidden catches.

With our AB Full Coverage Plan, you can be absolutely sure that you will not receive any unexpected bills from us. With our AB Full Coverage Plan, you are insured for every eventuality. If you only have CDW basic insurance, we can, however, charge on the costs if the car is damaged in an accident or if it's stolen.

With our AB Full Coverage Plan, you do not have to pay a deductible. When you take our CDW basic insurance, you have to pay a deductible of $550.

With our AB Full Coverage Plan, you are not required to pay a security deposit. If you have CDW basic insurance, you have to pay a security deposit of $550.

If you book online, you can only pay with a credit card (Visa, Discover or Mastercard). You can pay by credit card at the office and if you want to take out our AB Full Coverage Plan, you can also pay by debit card. Paying in cash is not possible.

If you wish to shorten the rental period prior to your pick up date, we will charge you a $75 administration fee. Any remaining overpayment will not be refunded.

Yes, you can. Send cancellation requests to info@ABcarrental.com. 

Keep in mind that article 5.6 and 5.7 of the General Terms and Conditions are applicable. 

If you cancel your reservation up to 6 weeks before the pick up date you will be charged 50 %. If you cancel within 6 weeks before the rental date you will be charged 100 %. If you return the vehicle before the original return date, you will not be refunded any portion of the payment. 

In contrary of the first sentence, AB Car Rental is entitled to hold on to any or all prepaid amounts in case of cancellations due to the result of Corona. Prepaid amounts will stay in deposit at AB Car Rental and these can be used for future bookings by the Renter.
